Who Is Savlano Jewelry?

Savlano is one of those jewelry brands on Amazon that sounds vaguely European, probably on purpose. You read the name and think: "Ah yes, this must be straight from Milan!" But then the package arrives with a barcode, a plastic pouch, and a little card that may or may not say “Made in Italy.” Suspiciously silent, aren’t we, Savlano?

They sell everything from gold-plated rope chains to tennis bracelets and iced-out studs. Some listings say "Made in Italy," others don’t mention it—like a restaurant menu that leaves out where the meat comes from. And while the product pages show shiny models with perfect lighting, what you actually get might not match that energy.

Savlano Jewelry Reviews: High Price, Mixed Results

Let’s take a quick stroll through the Amazon jungle of Savlano jewelry reviews, where the stars range from 1 to 5 faster than your grandma’s mood on bingo night:

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 “Looks like real gold! Got compliments all day.”
This reviewer thinks they fooled everyone. Did they though?

🌟🌟🌟 “Pretty chain but not sure it's worth the price. Feels light.”
Translation: I overpaid, but I’m coping.

🌟🌟 “Came in a cheap pouch. Not what I expected for $130.”
That “Made in Italy” label must’ve cost most of the budget.

🌟🌟🌟🌟 “Nice for layering. Doesn’t feel super solid though.”
Basically the jewelry equivalent of a house built on sand.

🌟 “Definitely not worth the money. Color faded in 2 weeks. Chinatown vibes.”
Ouch. That last one came straight from Canal Street.

So yes, Savlano might be made in Italy—or it might be made somewhere else and just passed through customs near Rome. Either way, the reviews suggest that quality doesn't always match the price tag.

Savlano vs. ItaliaChains: Gold-Toned Drama

Let’s break it down with a comparison to ItaliaChains, the actual Italian manufacturer with no Amazon middleman, no mystery pouches, and no bait-and-switch.

Savlano Jewelry:

  • ✅ Claims to be made in Italy (sometimes)

  • ✅ Amazon Prime shipping—convenient

  • ❌ Price is high for what feels like mid-tier plated jewelry

  • ❌ Reviews mention light weight and color fading

  • ❌ Packaging is often underwhelming

ItaliaChains:

  • ✅ Direct from Italy—real silver, real gold vermeil

  • ✅ Factory-direct pricing with no retail markup

  • ✅ Handmade chains with soldered links & premium polish

  • ✅ Consistent quality control

  • ❌ No Prime—but better packaging and faster shipping than you’d expect

While Savlano wins on convenience and might fool a few people from a distance, ItaliaChains wins the long game. You’re not just paying for shine—you’re paying for substance.

Final Thoughts: Is Savlano Jewelry Worth It?

Savlano jewelry looks nice online and ships fast with Amazon Prime, but at those prices, you might be expecting more than you get. If you're cool paying a premium for mid-weight chains in nice lighting, go for it. But just know: not everything gold-plated glitters forever.

If you're after real 925 sterling silver, handmade in Italy, and priced fairly, you’re better off browsing ItaliaChains.com. Less guesswork, more sparkle per gram.

You’re shopping for Italian jewelry—make sure it’s not just the name that’s Italian.

Friend of mine was raving about a deal from this company I went on Amazon and took a look it’s $111 and it’s supposed to be sterling silver necklace made in Italy
Here’s the rub the weight is supposed to be 5 oz according to their description
That sends up a big red flag the silver market is in the 40s it’s been above 30 for a couple years giving them the benefit of the doubt so 5 oz would melt for more than what they’re selling it for. The same crap was on Amazon eBay and marketplace recently people were selling silver eagles for 10 and $20 when the market was 35 and 40 it took a while for these platforms to take these fraudulent ads down there is absolutely no way in the world these people are selling anything made out of sterling in the weight they list for the price they list 100% fraudulent sue me if I’m wrong
